E-cigarette kits, mods, and batteries have varying warranty periods due to their different parts. This is because of the consumable nature of batteries, clearomizers, and disposable kits.

Our warranty details are as follows:
Vape Kits and Mods: All vape kits and mods come with a 3-month warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise during normal use. If the kit has been damaged in any way, your warranty will also be void.
External Batteries: External batteries are covered by a 60-day warranty. This warranty applies to any faults that occur under normal usage conditions. This warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
E-liquids, Pods, Disposable Kits, and Tobacco Sticks: These items are sold in sealed packs and are not covered by a warranty. However, if you receive a product that is faulty or dead on arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will assess the situation. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Tanks and Clearomisers: As consumable products, tanks and clearomisers are not covered by a warranty. We recommend inspecting these items upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition.
